How do I restore my purchase?

Open your profile in the app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose this app.

Where is my learning progress stored?

On your phone, and copied to your own iCloud Drive. We cannot read it. See the privacy policy.

Pictures do not appear.

Most pictures are inside the app. If one is missing, check your connection and reopen the app, or write to us with the idiom and language.
